The Site provides information about CoCharts and its products, and lets you contact us or request early access. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our forms
- Scrape or harvest data from the Site without our written permission
Our product
CoCharts Therapy, our clinical practice-management product, is hosted at www.cocharts.app/therapy and is governed by its own terms of service once you sign up. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or agreement to provide that product; requesting access through this Site only starts that process.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, and the CoCharts name and marks, is owned by CoCharts Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources, including regulatory bodies referenced in our compliance information and our product’s subdomain. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoCharts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
